Acoustic design for a call centre

The challenge

Ambient noise and reverberation in the call centre interfered with calls: customers could hear surrounding conversations and the advisor's voice lost clarity.

The solution

We conducted acoustic measurements and simulations to define the right layout. We then designed, manufactured and installed custom ceiling-mounted absorptive panels that blend with the space.
